Return Policy

All the products we sell are made to order.  We do not keep any products in stock and soon as you order we start making your product.  For that reason, we do not except returns or give any refunds based on buyer remorse.  We do offer returns if the product is damaged or has a defect.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.   If the item is damaged, please take a photo of the damaged item and send it to 2b1apparel@gmail.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
